Nicole Colen
Nicole Colen leads and executes S&C’s Human Resources function, which includes global strategy for Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement, HR Business Partner Support, Shared Services, and Total Rewards.
Nicole is an experienced HR leader who has spent most of her career at two publicly traded global companies. Nicole spent thirteen years at Motorola and, most recently, was the VP of Human Resources at AAR Corp, where she spent over ten years. Nicole joined S&C in April 2024.
In addition to her role at S&C, Nicole is also on the board of directors of Dress for Success Greater Chicago, which empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help them thrive in work and life.
